The Florida Pediatrician
The Florida Pediatrician is a peer-reviewed medical journal, and is published quarterly by the Editorial Board of the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FCAAP). The journal includes scientific articles, case reports, legislative updates, and other information relevant to pediatricians, pediatric specialists, and pediatric allied health practitioners in Florida. The Florida Pediatrician is indexed in Google Scholar for use as a citable source in medical research.

- Review the author guidelines (revised March 2022).
- Download and complete the copyright release and the image waiver.
- Email your article, any images, and both of these completed forms to FCAAP Publications & Advertising Coordinator John Horne at publications@fcaap.org for review by the FCAAP Editorial Board. Incomplete submissions are not accepted. Please be sure that all required forms are included with your initial article submission.

- Q1 / January 2025 Issue: Articles, photos/images, and required forms must be submitted by October 1, 2024.
- Q2/ April 2025 Issue: Articles, photos/images, and required forms must be submitted by January 1, 2025.
- Q3 / July 2025 Issue: Articles, photos/images, and required forms must be submitted by April 1, 2025.
- Q4 / October 2025 Issue: Articles, photos/images, and required forms must be submitted by July 1, 2025.
